Fingerprint Friday { Boxes }

How do I see God's fingerprints in a pile of unpacked boxes & used newspapers? In the way He orchestrated the details of this transition to go so smoothly for us, as a testament to His faithfulness.

I realize not everything in life is easy or smooth (not even everything about this move has been easy for us), but in the times that it is, I believe it is because God paved the way as a reminder that He loves me and is always there for me. I can then look back on those times and be reminded of these truths, and that encourages me inside during the times when things are hard.

There is a song by Steven Curtis Chapman that says:
I can see the fingerprints of God
When I look at you
I can see the fingerprints of God
And I know its true
You're a masterpiece
That all creation quietly applauds
And you're covered with the fingerprints of God

So look around you and see where YOU can see God's fingerprints. Is it in nature? Kids? Animals? Where do you see them? Here's how to join in:

1. Blog with your interpretation of God's fingerprints.

2. Be sure to link so others can find the entire list of participants! Go over to PamperingBeki's blog to add your link to the list of participants.

That's such a great attitude Rebekah. Good for you for having your eyes open to see the purpose in those boxes.

I was just wondering about you yesterday, curious if you're settling in yet.

I won't even go in to the way I lived here, but when we left Vermont, we joined hands and said a prayer..not knowing where we will end up..Now remember, I had four children, two dogs and our youngest one was four and this house had no "heat"...It was rough, but God never failed us..
Just wanted to share a little story with you...Much luck to you..

Rebekah...You are looking at life in exactly the way we are supposed to! Yup....Fingerprints in that pile of boxes and paper!! When we built this house, we were moving back Ohio after just having set up housekeeping in a new home in NJ. We rented a home here while we built this. All this brought on my diagnosis of Graves Disease, and I had to have my thyroid killed. But we love it here, and continued raising our two sons in this wonderful home in this super little town where we now have a million close friends! Fingerprints!

Blessings to you and much luck and love in your new home!

How could we make it through such times without His help and strength? Moving is soooo much work. May you get rested up soon and enjoy your new home!
