She was actually nervous instead of excited, but she did so well, and now has a semi-permanent retainer on the bottom. I'm proud of her, because she took such great care of all that metal in her mouth over the last 16 months.

She has a beautiful smile! She must be glad to have the braces out.
What a sweet smile..and beautiful girl..I remember when two of my girls had braces..Happy time when they came off.
One word: POPCORN!!! Oh, and bubble gum, and granola bars, and anything sticky or crunchy :-) How rare to find a little one so responsible, too! She deserves CARAMEL popcorn hehehe
