Who designs these "easy open" features?
Have they ever tried it out themselves once they've created the prototype?
Do they realize that I always end up needing a sharp instrument to get the job done after I (again) fell for the opening feature's promise of ease??

I agee. I've got a box of Idaho dried mashed potato mix that is similarly frustrating to open :D
