mini grilled cheese

mini grilled cheese


whole wheat hoagie rolls cut into 1/2" slices

8 oz. whole milk mozzerella, divided into 12 slices
(other sliced or shredded cheeses are good, too)

olive oil in the pan

cook over medium heat until crispy and golden... mmm hmmmm....


serve with tomato soup (or your favorite soup)
for a heartwarming lunch on a cold day!
