Pet Peeves: grainy photos when using higher ISO in low light! I can't stand it! So I was incredibly surprised to look at this shot, taken this morning at about 6:30am before the sun came up, using ISO1600 - not as grainy as I had expected it to be! Plus it looks like daylight - bonus!

I am super-excited that SPC is doing the Flashback theme again in January like last year! The idea is to use at least 2 of the 11 themes from 2010 combined in one photo.

how to make a fabric rag wreath:

wire heart wreath form from Hobby Lobby - $1.69

various fabrics I had on hand in shades of white & off white, torn into 1" wide strips (about 30-40 selvage-to-selvage strips) & cut to 6" lengths

spent a whole movie tying the strips to the wreath form last night - done!
